“We were six Germans looking for a nice house with a big pool and the right location. What we found, was exactly that – and even more. In real life, the house looks even better than on the pictures, everything is clean and works well and Josip is such a nice and really cool guy! He was always looking after us, giving some local tips and providing us with some surprise treats such as home-made wine, olive-oil, or vegetables and fruits from his own gardening. Everything about the house and especially the surroundings are very spaciuos, which is nice when you want some privacy, and if you are there by car, shopping, beaches and other sights are really close. 10 out of 10, I can only recommend this place! Our children enjoyed the recreational activities, such as the perfectly temperate and clean pool, the small soccer field, the trampoline, and the pingpong table. A special and surprising highlight were the three small turtles that live in the garden. We fed them fruit every day. Since the entire property is surrounded by a wall or fence, our dog was able to run around freely, and we didn't have to worry about it escaping. Very good small pools for kids and for adult, both pool are heating. In villa you can find everything what you need the same like home. For us very like play table tennis and cock found in fire pit. “Vila San Antonio je idealna za odmor, baš po mjeri i za odrasle i djecu, ima sve što treba od opreme i osnovnih namirnica, bazen je čist s grijanom vodom, posebno smo bili oduševljeni s ljetnom kuhinjom u kojoj je oprema za roštilj i peku, drvima i ugljenom, sudoperom, wc-om i hladnjakom za piće, sve imaš na dohvat ruke dok uživaš uz bazen👌… i za kraj pohvale velike za domaćina, koji nas je dočekao s hranom dobrodošlice i hladnim pićem, domaćim proizvodima na poklon, bio je na usluzi čitavo vrijeme našeg boravka, baš smo guštali.. “The place was perfect, the hosts were super accommodating…we arrived 4 hours before the check in time and they let us stay around the pool even they were very busy cleaning the villas because the last guests checked out very late. The hosts prepared us 2 plates of cold appetizers, fresh fruits and veggies direct from the garden…some milk, juice,wine and some domestics liquor, olive oil and almost all basic needs for the kitchen….rooms were great, TV in the livinng room was a huge one and we enjoyed watching Netflix, kitchen were equipped well, bathroom were clean and equipped well( towels, cotton earbuds, cottons, hands liquid soap, washing machine, ironing machine) The place were kid friendly( toys, food utensils and small chairs for the little ones) They have not so little garden where you can pick fresh veggies like tomatoes, green bell peppers etc. Fresh fruit trees everywhere. Covered outside dining place was awesome ( wood fired(grilling) oven , dining table for 10people and huge tv for entertainment. Heated pool with massage waterfall . Peaceful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Over all, vacation was amazing….”

Vermieter ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und man wird mit Willkommensgeschenken begrüßt, was will man mehr? Urlaub mit Hund kein Problem, die Vierbeiner sind herzlich willkommen, was nicht allzu oft vorkommt, aber bei dieser Villa selbstverständlich war. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub…. Immer wieder gerne diese Villa, war ein super schönes Erlebnis mit viel Spaß und toller Atmosphäre ….”

“Die Villa ist einfach wunderbar. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und wohnlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten, an dem man sich bediehnen kann. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und gibt gute Tipps. Das Willkommenspaket war überwältigend…. und sollte man doch mal mehr Trubel wollen ist Sibenik nicht weit und sehr schön zum ansehen und ausgehen. Wir haben uns in der Villa San Antonio sehr wohl gefühlt.”

Alleinlage, totale Ruhe, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf neuestem Stand, beheizter Pool, Platz, kleine Taverne mit großer Grill- und Feuerstelle und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns mit Obst, Brot, Schinken, Wein, Saft, Eiern, Olivenöl, selbstgemachtem Likör und Milch empfangen haben. Im Garten sind Tomaten, Weintrauben, Quitten, Feigen und Oliven zu ernten. Ein Paradies!”

“Traumhaftes Haus und super nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach nur super schön, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen oder Aktivitäten ein. Das Willkommenspaket war grandios und sehr umfangreich. Bilder könnten ein Fake sein, in diesem Fall ist das Haus aber noch besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Schönes abgelegenes Grundstück, sehr viel Ruhe und trotzdem noch einigermaßen zentral gelegen. Wir waren mit fünf Personen (Erwachsenen) da und haben uns in der Villa San Antonio sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Gastgeber, Josip und sein Vater, sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

“Für Genießer ist die Villa einfach super. Komplette Ruhe und Entspannung total. Pool, Garten, Zimmer und Einrichtung und das Grillhaus einfach super, besser kann es nicht sein. Alles top sauber. Josip und sein Vater sind mit allem hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen Geschenken überrascht. Positiv war auch ein riesengroßes Carport für 3 Autos. “Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Die liebevoll angelegte Unkterkunft ist einfach ein Traum! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel und doch erreicht man schnell alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt und schön groß, auch ein kleiner zweiter Pool ist mit Kleinkind ideal. Die Outdoorküche hat uns wunderbar schöne Abende beschert, die Früchte im Garten konnten/durften direkt frisch gepflückt und gegessen werden. Bei unserer Ankunft war vom Besitzer Josip ein liebevolles Vesper vorbereitet, sowie auch Liköre und Öl wurde uns geschenkt u.v.m., man fühlte sich einfach super willkommen! 🥰 Kurz gesagt – SPITZENKLASSE!”
